CONVOLVULUS cneorum

Rustic evergreen shrub of Mediterranean origin with a 'cushion' habit and a maximum height of 60 cm. The dense foliage is covered with a thin fuzz giving it a silvery reflexes. In spring the plant is covered with white bell-shaped flowers with a yellow heart and some pink shades on the buds.

Like all other plants with tomentose foliage, it's better to avoid irrigations over foliage. You sould ensure a sunny position, a well drained soil and some summer irrigations, considering that the plant tolerates the drougth. It could be grown in pot, but it is ideal in full ground like a border plant. For a better tillering, some pruning at the end of blooming is required.
