ALOE brevifolia

Description

Evergreen rosette-shaped plant, succulent bright green leaves and a rich bloom made by showy orange spikes. It tolerates drought and salinity. Suitable to rock gardens or to create colored patches, giving an exotic touch to gardens of low maintenance. It could be cultivated in pots. It has a quite small size, it tends to expand on the ground, acting as ground cover.

Suggestions

Avoid water stagnation and very windy positions. It is different from the most of Aloe plants, thanks to its summer blooming and to its cold resistance. So it is ideal both for coastal and internal gardens.
